And this is how, day after day, we build a diverse environment.** Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Media operations, responsible for the entire tactical planning process, channel planning, and integration of post-buy analysis with the data and media KPI optimization teams. * Responsible for ensuring smooth campaign execution, proactively proposing solutions to maintain high delivery quality and adherence to deadlines. * Develop media tactics for multichannel campaigns. * Launch campaigns/activations. * Digital and offline campaign operations. * Read and detail reports. * Manage financial processes related to the Media department alongside assistants (e.g., issuing PIs, PO tracking, vehicle invoices, etc.). * Develop campaign reports featuring quantitative and qualitative data analysis, as well as analysis of competitors’ media activities. * Interface daily with partners, media outlets, internal teams, clients—and even global operations teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations. * Knowledge of media concepts. * Familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, as well as research/offline tools—Comscore, Monitor, Instar.
