Experience in civil engineering and team management Job Responsibilities: Plan, monitor, and control processes inherent to construction execution, guiding the team, ensuring compliance with physical/financial schedules, and carrying out work in accordance with executive project documents, technical specifications, descriptive memos, company guidelines, and standards. Monitor physical progress through comparative charts, S-curves, performance reports, and resource histograms to detail, disseminate, and guide the Site Engineer in decision-making and schedule adherence. Systematically monitor planned costs, quantities, and specifications on-site, analyzing system blocks/deviations, and authorizing procurements and contracts jointly with immediate supervisors for any process deviating from the planned scope. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; experience in construction planning and monitoring; leadership profile; ability to work under pressure; resilience; and strong communication skills.
