Join us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct market research to identify suppliers of products and services, collecting pricing information to uncover optimal opportunities; * Negotiate with suppliers to finalize purchases or services under the best possible conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery schedule; * Issue purchase orders and submit them to suppliers, while tracking delivery progress and ensuring full compliance with all negotiated terms; * Identify new suppliers of diverse products and services to develop alternative sourcing options; * Explore alternative products aligned with production process capabilities to enhance product quality and reduce manufacturing costs; * Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery according to agreed schedules; * Manage return processes for goods delivered that do not conform to order specifications; * Update supplier price lists and internally communicate changes to relevant departments; * Visit supplier factories to maintain technical knowledge regarding purchased products; verify product quality and manufacturer reliability; * Prepare and analyze competitive bidding maps based on supplier proposals; * Register new suppliers for future inquiries and quotations as needed; * Support product and service quality by applying quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards and procedures during task execution as defined. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Business negotiations; * Account analysis; * Negotiation skills; * Microsoft Office suite; * ERP module knowledge; * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
