We currently have an open opportunity for a **Warehouse Assistant**, responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and distributing materials, supporting administrative and operational routines of the department.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Receive, inspect, label, store, and dispatch materials;
* Fulfill internal requisitions and prepare material pick lists;
* Monitor inventory levels, material consumption, and temperature;
* Conduct periodic inventory counts;
* Record and issue invoices;
* Generate accounting batches;
* Request purchases and material transfers between warehouses;
* Coordinate processes with suppliers;
* Confirm service orders (SO) and perform system stock adjustments.
**Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Minimum 6 months of experience in inventory, logistics, or administrative functions.
**Desirable**
* Knowledge of inventory control and invoicing;
* Experience with administrative systems.
