Job Summary: Professional to provide production support, resolve issues, intervene on machinery, create and revise instructions, monitor production flow, and perform line balancing. Delivery of operational training and report preparation **Job Description** Production support in problem resolution; Intervention on production machines and workbenches for problem analysis and implementation of new solutions (as per department responsibilities); Creation and review of work instructions and operational procedures; Monitoring production adherence to standard production flow; Performing production line balancing; Adjustment, programming, and target setting for machinery; Delivery of operational training; Preparation of reports for data analysis. **Requirements** Completed technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Processes; Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing; Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies. **Desirable** Experience in the electronics industry; Intermediate English proficiency; Green Belt certification.
