Opportunity to train teams and manage network infrastructure. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our team and work across multiple technological domains. The professional will ensure technical support while implementing improvements and technical solutions to optimize internal processes. Key responsibilities of an IT Analyst include: * **Technical support**: Provide support to internal users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, networks, and systems. * **System management**: Monitor and administer the company's information systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. * **Information security**: Implement and enforce information security policies, including protection against cyberattacks, data security, and privacy. * **Network management**: Administer network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking technologies. * **Training and capacity building**: Train teams to effectively use IT tools and systems. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Experience as an IT Analyst or in similar roles. * Knowledge of networks, servers, databases, and information security. * Familiarity with system monitoring and diagnostic tools. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Proactivity and problem-solving orientation. **Preferred Qualifications**: * Dealernet workflow system.
