We seek a committed, efficient professional with a passion for baking. **REQUIREMENTS**: ✔ Proven experience in bread, cookie, and general bakery production ✔ Completed high school education ✔ Efficiency, organization, and attention to hygiene and quality standards ✔ Knowledge of bakery equipment operation **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: \* Production of bread, cakes, and cookies \* Selection, weighing, and preparation of ingredients \* Execution of all stages of the baking process: mixing, fermentation, rolling, cutting, shaping, and baking \* Safe operation of ovens, mixers, rollers, and slicers \* Control of baking times and temperatures \* Cleaning of equipment and workplace, in accordance with food safety regulations and PPE usage \* Inventory control and organization of raw materials \* Final product finishing, application of toppings, and display arrangement at the counter \* **SALARY**: as per current collective agreement \* Transportation allowance (Preferably residing near the bakery) \* **WORK HOURS**: 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM \* **LOCATION**: Jaguaribe Bakery (R.
