Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, sorting, washing, and organizing garments, as well as providing customer service and internal control to ensure smooth unit operations. Key Highlights: 1. Workplace control and organization Requirements: Reside in Eusébio; Completed high school; Flexible availability. Job Responsibilities: Garment reception: verify quantity, fabric type, and condition of garments delivered by customers. Garment sorting: separate by color, fabric type, and degree of soiling, following laundry procedures. Washing: operate washing and centrifuge machines, select appropriate wash programs, and use cleaning products per internal guidelines. Folding and organizing: prepare garments for packaging, maintaining organizational and presentation standards. Customer service: receive and deliver garments, clarify inquiries, record information, and maintain a courteous demeanor. Internal control: log garment inflows and outflows, identify labels, and uphold the unit’s control standards. Workspace cleaning and organization: maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout working hours. General support: assist team tasks to contribute to efficient unit operations.
