Advanced troubleshooting and critical incident response ### **Mandatory Technical Requirements** * Degree in Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields; * Active CCNA certification (mandatory); CCNP or equivalent is a plus; * Solid experience in corporate network infrastructure; * Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP); * Experience with Cisco ASA, Fortinet, and Palo Alto firewalls; * Knowledge of IPSec, GRE, Cisco Wireless (WLC), Cisco ISE, QoS, and NAC; * Hands-on experience with advanced WAN/LAN troubleshooting and packet analysis using Wireshark and NetFlow. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced certifications (CCNP or CCIE); * Knowledge of SD\-WAN, ACI, or software-defined networking. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure; * Ensure high availability, security, and performance of network assets; * Perform advanced troubleshooting and critical incident response; * Document network topologies, processes, and policies; * Serve as technical reference for internal teams and clients.
