Purchase Execution Coordinator

**Job Description:** Coordinate the purchase execution operation, monitoring orders from issuance through final delivery to internal customers; Perform continuous order tracking, monitoring manufacturing status, invoicing, shipping, transportation, and delivery; Proactively identify risks of delays, discrepancies, or operational issues, proposing corrective actions; Ensure constant updates to controls, systems, and indicators related to purchase orders, maintaining direct interface with requesting departments; Coordinate service priorities according to project criticality and operational demands; Ensure process compliance with internal policies, procedures, and company compliance requirements; Develop management reports and performance indicators for the purchase execution operation; Support supplier management in monitoring operational performance (OTD, lead time, adherence to deadlines, and service level); Pursue continuous improvement in purchase tracking and execution processes. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Electrical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; Solid experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Procurement Operations; Experience in operational purchase order management, follow-up, and logistics monitoring; Experience in industrial environments, energy projects, engineering, or EPC will be considered a plus; Knowledge of ERP systems (Protheus, TOTVS, or similar); Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, and AI; Intermediate/advanced English proficiency for conversation.
