An HR professional responsible for managing and developing people policies, training, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee support.

Experience: Draft policies and terms for employees; **Train and develop people;** Post job openings on websites and supporting institutions for candidate recruitment; **Archive received resumes in the talent database;** Map job profiles and salaries; **Design career development plans for departments;** Provide support and assistance to employees; **Evaluate continuous improvements for the department;** Design and implement the Employee Satisfaction Survey; **Design and implement Performance Evaluation for employees together with leaders and managers;** Receive documentation for employee onboarding, verify it, and forward it to HR; **Update the company organizational chart whenever necessary;** Monitor turnover, retention, and absenteeism rates; **Request and monitor system access registration and deletion, in coordination with the IT department, based on employees’ assigned duties;** Manage payroll and employee compensation; **Administer vacations, benefits, medical certificates, and leaves of absence;** Monitor employee timekeeping records; **Monitor labor liabilities;** Draft terms for employees; **Provide support and assistance to employees;** Evaluate continuous improvements for the department; **Provide necessary support to the Human Resources Department;** Monitor turnover, retention, and absenteeism rates;
Requirements:
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience in Human Resources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month
