Job Summary: Coordinate logistics operations, lead the team, ensure delivery deadlines, manage inventory, and develop process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Develop improvements in logistics processes Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate logistics operations (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping); * Monitor performance indicators (on-time delivery, productivity, costs); * Lead the logistics team, promoting organization and results; * Ensure on-time delivery deadlines; * Manage inventory and conduct stocktaking; * Develop improvements in logistics processes; * Interface with other departments (procurement, production, and sales). Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role or in leadership positions within logistics; * Knowledge of inventory control and logistics processes; * Proficiency in performance indicators and reporting; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel); * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in manufacturing industry; * Experience managing operational teams; * Knowledge of continuous improvement; * Residency near Jabuti\-Eusébio; * Having a personal vehicle is a plus.
