We seek professionals motivated by challenges, with a strong business focus and dedicated to identifying opportunities and solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** Responsible for delivering multichannel support, performing initial triage and diagnosis of incidents and requests, applying operational procedures, and ensuring proper registration, classification, and tracking of service tickets. Handling low-to-medium complexity issues, providing support for systems, access, functionalities, and operational queries; escalating structured requests to higher support levels when necessary. Maintaining clear communication with customers to align expectations and ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. Customer service experience and proven track record in meeting performance indicators.
