Handling low-to-medium complexity issues, providing support for systems, access, functionalities, and operational queries; escalating structured requests to higher support levels when necessary. Maintaining clear communication with customers to align expectations and ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. Customer service experience and proven track record in meeting performance indicators.
