Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures We are seeking an experienced and motivated Treasury Coordinator to join our finance team and coordinate the cash closing process for our retail store network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, as well as coordinating a team of treasury professionals. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the cash closing process for all stores in the network, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data * Manage the treasury team, including supervision, training, and employee development * Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and security of financial operations * Conduct financial analyses and identify opportunities for improvement * Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations departments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data * Manage bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of cash balances * Identify and resolve treasury issues, including cash discrepancies and errors * Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure continuity of financial operations **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field * Experience in treasury and finance * Experience in team coordination * Knowledge of financial management and accounting systems (preferred) * Skills in financial analysis and decision-making * Knowledge of financial regulations and laws * Communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently * Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (preferred) **Health insurance, Meal allowance (VR), Professional growth and development opportunities, Dynamic and collaborative work environment, Continuous training and development** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
