You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, promote best practices in data engineering, and ensure **quality, security, and availability** of information for both customers and internal solutions. **What you’ll do:** * Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to gather and define data requirements; * Design scalable data architectures and establish data engineering standards; * Implement data pipelines, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses for large volumes of information; * Develop and apply data quality controls and validation; * Monitor pipeline performance, identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities; * Support analytics and data science teams in consuming and modeling information; * Maintain technical documentation for data flows, processes, and system configurations; * Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy practices. **What you need:** * Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle, Snowflake, or Cloudera platforms; * Knowledge of Hadoop/Cloudera or Snowflake, as well as ETL tools; * Familiarity with Linux systems and AWS environments; * Technical leadership capability in data architecture and processing frameworks; * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; * **Advanced English proficiency required.** **What would be a plus (Desirable):** * Experience with Python and/or Java for pipeline development; * Knowledge of the payments industry (POS, cards, acquiring, authorizations) or financial services; * Experience collaborating with data scientists and participating in data governance initiatives; * Proactivity and ability to thrive in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments; * Intermediate or advanced Spanish. **Our Culture:** Our aspiration is to move money and information in a way that **moves the world**.
