Support the buyer in purchasing and replenishment planning. Monitor inventory levels, product turnover, and potential stockouts. Prepare reports and key performance indicators (e.g., turnover rate, coverage ratio, ABC analysis, supplier performance). Verify and monitor purchase orders placed by the buyer (status, deadlines, and deliveries). Support organization of product assortments per store/region. Maintain up-to-date product and supplier records in the system. Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance for operational alignment.
