If you have logistics experience and an analytical profile, we invite you to participate in our selection process. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics operational roles; * Knowledge of route planning, load scheduling, and hiring affiliated drivers; * Experience with logistics management systems; * Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite; * Analytical, organized profile with focus on operational indicators. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruit and hire affiliated and third-party drivers; * Perform route planning and distribution load scheduling; * Track deliveries and appointments; * Monitor operational performance indicators and delivery performance; * Track service level, lead time, and delivery failures; * Develop management controls and analyses using Power BI; * Support logistics operations to improve efficiency and ensure adherence to operational deadlines.
