Isolator Module

When used on the computer, it starts a series of clicking sounds. After a few minutes, it eases off. This happened out of nowhere. I don’t know the cause. When plugged in alone directly into the outlet, it works normally. The other one is merely resting against it. Everything should be fine. Price listed is for both units, preferably.
