Professional responsible for conducting in-person collections, supporting retention efforts, negotiating payment methods, and retrieving equipment in cases of service cancellation.

**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct in-person collections at addresses of delinquent customers;
* Support the retention and collections department;
* Negotiate and advise customers on payment methods, deadlines, agreements, and regularization conditions;
* Retrieve equipment (e.g., ONUs, routers, or other devices) in cases of service cancellation.
