Job Summary: This position involves assisting in food preparation and plating, handling and organizing food items, and maintaining workplace cleanliness and compliance with sanitary regulations. Workplace cleaning and compliance with sanitary regulations Main Responsibilities: * Assist in food preparation; * Assist in setting up workstations; * Wash, peel, and cut food items; * Assist in food handling and plating; * Assist in receiving, checking, storing, and organizing supplies, materials, and raw ingredients; * Clean and organize the workplace, wash and store utensils; * Comply with technical and quality sanitary standards, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection procedures.
