Arthur Azevedo Engenharia is seeking a **Construction Coordinator** to supervise and monitor **commercial construction projects**, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and technical specifications. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the execution of commercial construction projects, directly managing the construction site; * Plan, organize, and monitor construction phases according to the physical schedule; * Ensure proper execution of works in accordance with **technical drawings**; * Coordinate internal and subcontracted teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; * Serve as the on-site focal point for **clients**, reporting progress, adjustments, and requirements; * Conduct quality inspections and approve completed work; * Monitor deadlines, identify risks, and propose corrective actions; * Prepare progress reports and record technical information related to the project; * Work on-site, including during **night shifts**, as required by operational needs. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Building Construction or a degree in Civil Engineering. * **Proven experience coordinating or supervising commercial construction projects**; * **Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings** (architectural and complementary); * Experience managing field teams and controlling on-site execution; * Ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams; * **Availability for frequent travel**; * **Availability for night work**; * Responsible, organized profile with leadership qualities and sound decision-making skills. * Personal transportation for commuting between construction sites.
