Conducting training sessions and monitoring production **Restaurant located at Shopping Terrazzo is hiring an experienced Lead Cook.** **Responsibilities:** Preparing side-dish recipes; plating dishes according to technical specifications to ensure consistency and quality; supervising kitchen staff and assistants to guarantee efficiency and consistency in dishes; conducting kitchen team training; monitoring daily input production; requisitioning products for procurement. **Requirements: Completed high school education; experience leading teams; availability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM on a 6\\1 schedule.** Prior experience as a cook or kitchen leader in restaurants or nutrition units; good manufacturing practices; ability to work well in teams; experience with technical specifications; leadership skills; aptitude for training teams; basic computer knowledge.
