The Accredited Network Analyst in Cascavel will be responsible for contacting and maintaining positive relationships with the network of service providers, providing all necessary support and seeking new partners for accreditation, validating information regarding professionals, services, and hospitals; reviewing and comparing service prices, performing expense simulations and proposing new offers. Key responsibilities include: \-Ensuring adequate network coverage by identifying and contracting new service providers (physicians, clinics, hospitals); \-Maintaining and strengthening relationships with service providers by offering support and resolving issues; \-Negotiating fees, contracts, and commercial terms with service providers; \-Drafting service provision contracts and addenda to expand or update the accredited network, as needed; \-Analyzing reports, performance indicators, expense simulations, and pricing data to ensure efficiency and quality within the accredited network; \-Performing database maintenance in systems, verifying data validity, and ensuring compliance with internal policies; \-Implementing and training accredited providers on the authorization tool; \-Mapping, identifying, and conducting training sessions with accredited providers to improve billing quality across the accredited network; \-Conducting on-site visits to providers for renegotiation, prospecting, and quality verification, as required; \-Supporting the execution of activities and projects, focusing on planning, monitoring, and outcomes of tasks carried out by the network department; \-Supporting and managing projects and programs developed by the health plan operator; \-Executing and supporting strategic planning initiatives, as well as contributing to new actions and projects within the department; \-Monitoring and disseminating regulatory legislation applicable to health plan operators. A nursing degree will be considered a differentiating factor.
