Job Summary: Operate CCTV systems, monitor critical areas, detect incidents, and prepare reports to ensure the security of network units. Key Highlights: 1. CCTV system operation 2. Incident reporting and evidence preservation **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Operate the CCTV monitoring system to ensure continuous surveillance of network units. * Conduct real-time monitoring of critical areas: cash registers, stockrooms, customer and staff entrances/exits. * Detect and record suspicious behavior, thefts, robberies, medical emergencies, or fires. * Notify local security personnel and/or competent authorities according to established protocols. * Prepare incident reports including date, time, camera number, and event description. * Save and preserve relevant images/videos, ensuring evidence integrity. * Formal documentation — every significant event must be recorded with branch name, date, camera number, time, and detailed description of the incident. * Evidence integrity — saved videos must not be edited, deleted, or manipulated. * Daily checklist completion. * Regular and daily reporting to immediate supervisor. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS** * Technical education or training in surveillance/electronic monitoring (Preferred) * Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security control rooms, or loss prevention * Proficiency with CCTV systems, recording, and multi-screen viewing * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, navigation within monitoring systems) * Strong verbal and written communication skills for incident reporting * Concentrated attention and strong observational ability Compensation: starting at R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
