Use CRM tools to manage and track leads. Customer Service: Clearly explain what a consortium is, how it works, and its benefits. Identify the customer's profile and needs to offer the most suitable group. Prepare consortium plan simulations (installment amounts, terms, fees, and chances of being selected). Compare different options and clarify doubts regarding contract rules. Negotiate terms, deadlines, and payment methods within the administrator's guidelines. Close the sale by sending documentation and signing the contract. Participate in fairs, events, and partnerships to increase product visibility.
