As a **Storage Operator**, you will operate and adjust equipment during reception, cleaning, and drying stages, perform quality and variety control, ensure operational efficiency, and comply with the Seeds Unit’s production planning. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and adjust machines for seed reception, cleaning, drying, processing, treatment, and packaging to meet the Unit’s requirements. * Monitor inventory levels to report incoming and outgoing seed quantities, ensuring inventory control accuracy. * Collect samples for various analyses during processing and storage. When anomalies are detected, correct the process with focus on safety, quality, and operational efficiency. * Clean and organize seed storage facilities to maintain the Unit in good condition. * Monitor seed treatment prior to packaging and storage to support shipment and commercialization. * Complete tables for quality, quantity, variety, and temperature control of seeds during reception, drying, processing, treatment, and repackaging. * Load seeds according to loading orders, recording movements in the information system. * Carry out seed reception, verification, and control during harvest season, directing unloading locations and destinations for unloaded products. * Carry out seed reception, verification, and storage control for general commercialization purposes. * Perform basic equipment maintenance and supervise services carried out within your area of responsibility. * Operate forklifts and tractors for inventory movement or by-product disposal. * Manage your work team. * Act as Area Owner in your designated area. * Manage mapping for storage of raw and finished products. * Generate production reports (processing and treatment) for seeds. * Suggest improvements to processes and equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of grain drying, grading, and storage processes; * Knowledge of inventory control; * Knowledge of seed treatment; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Residing in Entre Rios is a plus. **Additional Information** Working here is much more than a job—it’s a complete experience centered on care and well-being!
