PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Services Assistant **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food voucher for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING SERVICES FOR OFFICE AND/OR CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTS. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of disapproval of submitted documents. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly showing relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS registration uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **EXAM SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
