




Job Summary: Manage operations, sales, after-sales support, and team activities to ensure excellent customer service and compliance with guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Sales enhancement, training, and events **Responsibilities:** Serve associates in person and by phone, collect monthly dues, conduct sales, plan transfers, and provide after-sales support. Manage store opening and closing procedures, operational costs, and consumable supplies. Monitor cash flow, bank deposits, and courier package dispatches. Sell or lease burial plots, cremation add-ons, and work on cancellation reversals. Enroll and remove associates from the system. Manage receipt and distribution of payment booklets, membership cards, and welcome kits. Schedule ambulances and administer orthopedic support services. Supervise the team, resolve conflicts, and ensure high-quality customer service. Support recruitment, performance evaluations, and training initiatives. Monitor attendance records, uniforms, and encourage participation in corporate university programs. Enhance sales methodology and contribute to institutional training materials and videos. Support events and partner communications. Implement the 5S process, maintaining facility cleanliness and upkeep. Comply with LGPD guidelines when handling documents and personal information.
