




Job Summary: Process and verify payroll, social charges, and ancillary obligations, supporting employees and HR. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll processing and verification 2. Responsibilities: · Process and verify monthly payroll (hires, terminations, vacations, 13th salary, benefits, etc.); · Calculate and verify social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); · Generate and submit ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, DIRF, DCTFWeb); · Support accounting closings and payroll reconciliations; · Assist employees with inquiries regarding payslips, taxes, and other payroll events; · Manage electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and absences (medical certificates, leaves, etc.); · Maintain the payroll system and keep employee records updated; · Support internal and external audits with payroll data and documentation; · Collaborate with other HR areas to continuously improve processes. Requirements: · Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields; · Prior experience in payroll; · Knowledge of labor legislation; · Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Questor, Totvs, ADP, Senior).
