




Job Summary: The Coordination Assistant supports HR operations, including recruitment, personnel administration, occupational safety, training, labor relations, and HR metrics. Labor relations and workplace climate management **Coordination Assistant** **Responsibilities:** Recruitment and Selection: Assist in resume screening, interview scheduling, and facilitating group dynamics. Personnel/Operations Department: Organize onboarding documents, monitor employee onboarding processes, manage benefits (meal vouchers and transportation vouchers), and assist with electronic timekeeping administration. Occupational Safety: Uniform and PPE distribution. Training and Development: Schedule training sessions, assist in identifying training needs, and monitor performance evaluations. Labor Relations and Workplace Climate: Support employees, address labor-related questions, assist in conflict mediation, and support internal communication initiatives. HR Metrics: Assist in data collection and analysis, such as turnover rate and time-to-hire. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems (Senior).
