Responsible for supervising and coordinating production activities, ensuring targets, quality, food safety, and good manufacturing practices.

Responsible for supervising and coordinating production line activities focused on egg classification, sanitation, packaging, and storage, ensuring achievement of production targets, quality standards, food safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Supervise daily egg classification operations, from receipt through dispatch to the shipping department.
Monitor operational team performance, providing training and guidance as needed.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, occupational safety, and food safety regulations.
Track production indicators, losses, line efficiency, and yield.
Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure product conformity with established standards.
Identify and propose improvements to production processes.
Complete production reports and monitor progress toward established targets.
Identify causes of equipment malfunctions and coordinate necessary repairs with the maintenance team.
Participate in the selection process for team members.
Responsible for preparing work schedules, attendance records, and vacation tracking.
Guide personnel in the department regarding company regulations, work procedures, safety protocols, and other job-related matters.
Perform tasks according to instructions and service priorities set by the immediate supervisor, adhering to company norms and procedures, as well as health, hygiene, and occupational safety requirements.
Perform other related duties as required.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Experience in industrial production, on-site within the food industry.
Knowledge of egg classification and packaging processes (desirable).
Familiarity with good manufacturing practices and food safety.
Ability to lead operational teams.
Technical or higher education in fields such as Industrial Production, Agroindustry, Production Engineering, Animal Science, or related disciplines.
Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity for rapid decision-making.
Availability to work on Saturdays.
Availability to work the second shift, from 2:40 PM to 11:16 PM, and on Saturdays from 12:15 PM to 6:30 PM\.
Residence in Céu Azul/PR or neighboring municipalities.
