Knowledge in using new technological resources applicable to education. Guide and support the development and instructional planning of courses involving technological resources, presenting available options and existing models; Develop learning units based on teachers' planning, ensuring project quality and sustainability; Enhance course support materials by selecting appropriate teaching resources according to each plan, enriching and accelerating course production; Plan and conduct training sessions for coordinators and teachers who use technological resources in the learning environment; Monitor the process of inserting syllabi into the virtual learning environment, identifying issues and requesting adjustments to ensure information accuracy; Guide new students on initial access to the virtual environment through in-person and remote workshops and by creating access tutorials and best practice guides, aiming to familiarize users with the system; Configure and operate local equipment and systems. Ensure security of Information Technology equipment, services, and data stored in devices Apply content control policies defined by Grupo Marista.
