If you are process-focused, flexible, aspire to be the key driver of your own career, and seek to work for a rapidly expanding construction company, Vertin is the right place for you! **JOIN THE VERTIN TEAM** WE ARE VERTIN The full history and strength of Brazil’s largest private-market engineering and construction company, combined with the expertise and agility of one of the most respected companies in the industrial segment—known for its high hygiene standards and stringent sanitary protocols. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, consolidate, and monitor project budgets (CAPEX and OPEX); * Track actual costs against budget, identify variances, and propose corrective action plans; * Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and dashboards; * Develop cost forecasts and trend analyses; * Support measurement processes, contract control, and change order management; * Analyze productivity, resource consumption, and financial performance of construction sites; * Participate in the development of project cash flow forecasts; * Support the structuring of cost management processes and tools; * Interface with planning, procurement, engineering, finance, and client teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in construction cost management, planning, or project control; * Knowledge of construction budgeting and cost composition; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Familiarity with MS Project and/or Primavera P6; * Power BI knowledge is considered a plus; * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Mega, Lumina, Sienge, or similar). **Desired Competencies** * Analytical mindset; * Organized and detail-oriented; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to handle large volumes of information; * Proactive attitude; * Ease of interaction across multiple departments; * Results-driven with commitment to continuous improvement. **Additional Information** **Advantages** * Experience in large-scale construction projects; * Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies, S-curves, and performance indicators; * Experience in executive budgeting and CAPEX control processes.
