Operations Assistant - 2nd Shift (Toledo, PR)

Job Summary: Responsible for performing general tasks such as material handling, assembly, packaging, and cleaning, supporting departmental activities in accordance with established procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Bagging, palletizing, and stretch film application operations. 2. Loading and unloading of vehicles and material handling. 3. Cleaning, organization, and product labeling. Purpose of the Role: Responsible for performing general tasks including: handling of bags, pallet assembly, product packaging, truck loading, truck unloading, general plant cleaning, and bag cutting at hoppers. The primary function is to support the execution of departmental activities in compliance with pre-established procedures. Main Responsibilities: Bagging, palletizing, and stretch film application; Loading and unloading of vehicles (bagged finished products, bulk finished products, raw materials, or any other required materials); sample collection – considered work at height; Handling of raw materials and finished products; Performing area cleaning and organization, and external equipment cleaning; Labeling operations, applying labels to bags; Performing other duties compatible with the Company's safety standards under the supervision of the immediate supervisor; Desired Qualifications: Elementary education. Availability to work from 4:40 PM to 2:28 AM (Monday to Friday).
