Professional development in a dynamic environment **About the Opportunity** We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to handle grain procurement (corn and wheat), directly contributing to the company's supply strategy. This role plays a critical part in market analysis, supplier negotiation, and ensuring competitiveness and efficiency across the supply chain. **Key Responsibilities** * Procure corn and wheat according to production planning and inventory policy * Monitor the grain market (prices, seasonality, supply and demand) to support decision-making * Negotiate with producers, cooperatives, and trading companies to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery timeline, freight, and quality) * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers, while also identifying new partnership opportunities * Draft and monitor purchase contracts, ensuring adherence to negotiated terms * Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate grain quality * Track performance indicators (savings, average cost, delivery lead time, service level) * Support the definition of procurement strategies (spot purchases, contracts, hedging—where applicable) * Work closely with logistics to ensure efficient transportation and receipt of goods * Issue purchase orders and monitor the process through to delivery * Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Agronomy, or related fields * Experience in grain procurement (corn and/or wheat) * Knowledge of the agricultural market and price formation dynamics * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel * Experience with ERP systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with hedging operations (B3, CBOT, or similar exchanges) * Experience in agro-industrial sectors or milling companies * Direct negotiation experience with producers and cooperatives **Desired Profile** * Analytical mindset with strong results orientation * Strong negotiation and decision-making skills * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Interpersonal and communication skills **What We Offer** * Dynamic and growing work environment * Proximity to strategic business decisions * Opportunities for professional development Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 \- R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
