Opportunities for growth and development **Administrative Assistant \- Fleet** We are seeking dynamic and organized professionals to join our team at Rimatur Transportes. The positions require on-site work at our Curitiba unit, located in the Mossunguê neighborhood, on a 12x36 shift schedule, during the night shift (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM\). As a Fleet Assistant, you will be essential to ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all of the company's logistics operations. We seek professionals with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a strong customer-service orientation. See additional requirements below: * Availability to work in Curitiba, Mossunguê neighborhood; * Availability to work the 12x36 shift schedule, night shift (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM\); * Driver's License Category B; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Strong communication skills; * Technical course in Logistics or currently pursuing a degree in this field. Responsibilities: * Customer service via phone and e\-mail regarding requests for route changes or new routes; * Develop route changes or new routes and implement the corresponding updates in the Routing System; * Restructure routes and apply them in the Routing System following analysis performed by the Logistics Analyst; * Provide internal customer service for suggestions, corrections, and implement the appropriate adjustments in the Routing System; * Serve charter service users whenever external work is required.
