Grow, innovate, and deliver excellence every day! **\#ÉSHOWPAPAI** **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support (Level 1 and Level 2\), resolving * medium-complexity issues. * Perform advanced diagnostics of hardware, software, operating system, * and connectivity failures. * Reduce incident recurrence by identifying root causes. * Register, track, and close help desk tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring * proper documentation of implemented solutions. * Provide technical support to Junior-level staff when required. * Install, configure, and administer Windows and Linux operating systems. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access policies via Active Directory. * Apply system updates, security patches, and advanced system configurations. * Ensure compliance with internal IT standards. * Configure and administer local area networks (LAN), including switches, routers, and corporate Wi\- * Fi networks. * Configure network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. * Support firewall configuration and access policies. * Identify and resolve performance and connectivity issues. * Support administration of Windows servers. * Perform basic tasks in virtualized environments (e.g., VMware or Hyper\-V). * Monitor server resources and propose adjustments to improve performance. * Support implementation and maintenance of corporate systems. * Execute and validate corporate backup routines. * Perform data recovery procedures when necessary. * Monitor IT infrastructure performance using monitoring tools. * Support implementation of information security policies. * Manage and update the technology asset inventory. * Ensure traceability of equipment and software licenses. * Support planning for equipment replacement or upgrades. * Document technical procedures, applied solutions, and environment configurations. * Support IT coordination in technical decision-making and improvement analyses. * Participate in technology upgrade and modernization projects. * Proactively identify technical risks and vulnerabilities. * Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate management. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Technical course in Computer Science or ongoing or completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology; * Intermediate knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Knowledge of corporate backup solutions; * Basic understanding of information security; * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware or Hyper\-V); * Knowledge of monitoring systems.
