Occupational Safety Technician
**Job Description:** **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, participate in developing, and implement occupational safety and health (OSH) policies; * Conduct audits, monitoring, and assessments in the area; * Identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment; * Develop educational initiatives in the field of occupational safety and health; participate in expert evaluations and inspections, and integrate negotiation processes; * Manage OSH documentation; investigate and analyze accidents and recommend preventive and control measures; * **Working Hours** – 4:48 PM to 2:01 AM, including a 1-hour meal break **Work Location** – Mirassol, Warehouse Department **Common Requirements** * Occupational Safety Technician qualification; * Experience in the field—industrial experience is preferred; * Proficiency in computer applications; * Organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail; * Availability to work rotating shifts. * NR-10 * Fire Brigade Certification * NR-35 – Working at Heights * NR-33 – Confined Spaces * NR-05 – Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) * NR-01 – General Provisions * NR-07 – Occupational Health Program (PCMSO) * NR-09 – Risk Management Program (PGR) **Working Conditions:** * Industrial environment with exposure to noise and heat. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Work schedule: may include rotating shifts or overtime. **Salary Range in Mirassol** Minimum wage for the occupation + R$400.00 meal allowance, company-paid 50% health insurance (Unimed or HB), Bradesco dental plan + overtime pay + night shift premium **Professional Growth** With dedication and tenure, opportunities exist to advance to positions such as: * Team Leader * Supervisor * Manager **Location** Mirassol, SP, BR
