The **Systems Department** is responsible for requirements gathering, functional design, application development, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and evolution of all organizational processes. In this role, the team will be responsible for developing support solutions for the entire branch network, ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement of services delivered. Additionally, the team will identify opportunities for technological innovation, aiming to optimize processes and deliver an enhanced experience to customer segments. Work model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite Locations: Osasco - SP, Alphaville - SP, Curitiba - PR, Uberlândia - MG, or Recife - PE. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Senior Fullstack Tech Lead, you will work within the **DS management team**, and your main responsibilities will include: * Serving as Tech Lead, leading development teams using Java, Angular, and cloud technologies; * Monitoring and guiding developers in their activities; * Participating in defining architectural design and monitoring/guiding the developer team. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Solid experience as a Tech Lead, leading development teams using Java and Angular; * In-depth knowledge of Cloud technologies, especially Azure; * Prior experience with Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture; * Knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript; * Knowledge of observability.
