Because here, we don’t just hire for roles — we invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Validation of tax documents in Sefaz; * Validation and receipt of PI, NPI, Fixed Asset, and import materials (XML, Purchase Orders, DT/Incident Reports, billing data); * Weighing of vehicles and use and tracking of unloading forms in Filah; * Verification of Migo and release of delivery receipts; * Control of rejected tax invoices and manifests in Sefaz; * Handling possible irregularities within the GR/IR process on the IST Portal; * Accounting of tax documents related to exceptional CFOPs; * Management and release of tax documents related to other outbound flows; * Control and archiving of tax documents at Iron Mountain; * Supporting interface areas: Procurement, Ultralogistik, Planning, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Cost Accounting, International Trade, third parties, Tax, P2P, Capgemini, and others; * Ensuring your area operates safely, in accordance with Company standards and local legislation; * Knowing and applying the factory’s quality, health, safety, and environmental policies, and ensuring requirements are maintained within your area; * Keeping your workplace clean and organized; * Performing tasks according to procedures and instructions of your work area, and complying with organizational policies, objectives, targets, and performance standards; * Using the appropriate PPE for each area you work in, and collaborating in its specification and testing; * Participating in emergency response drills; * Performing duties in accordance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards outlined in Company policies. * Applying the 5S methodology in your area. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a university degree; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Teamwork and strong communication skills; **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience in tax invoice receipt processes and knowledge of transportation logistics is desirable. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
