Job Summary: Responsible for carrying out sample preparation steps according to flowcharts and instructions, ensuring laboratory quality and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Guiding and supervising new employees **Job Mission:** * Responsible for carrying out sample preparation steps according to the defined flowchart and the laboratory’s work instructions. **Job Responsibilities:** * Carry out sample preparation activities using drying, crushing, quartering, sieving, and pulverizing processes, in compliance with work instructions. * Archive and dispose of samples according to internal procedures. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, safeguarding adherence to clauses regarding ethical duties common to all employees. * Report to immediate leadership matters related to the employee’s area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities, and proposing solutions to support the definition of procedures and actions to be adopted. * Carry out activities in accordance with operational procedures and remain updated on area procedures and processes, aiming for continuous improvement. * Guide new employees on activities inherent to the area, supervising them and facilitating their knowledge of equipment. * Keep the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized to maintain optimal usage conditions and preserve occupational health and environmental aspects, as well as safeguarding company assets by requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Participate in training sessions when summoned, dedicating oneself to achieving the desired work performance. * Carry out related activities as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Education Requirements:** * Completed High School; * Reside in Godofredo Viana/MA; * Availability to work rotating shifts (night shift and weekends).
