It is responsible for **defining a series of best practices for companies in these sectors, as well as offering certifications for professionals in related fields.** Among its certifications are CPA10, CPA20, and CEA. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support team development, conduct periodic informal and formal evaluations, foster the development of behavioral and technical competencies required for individual and collective growth, and identify and implement training initiatives; * Lead and execute branch planning. Design and implement actions necessary to maintain and expand the membership base and improve business results for the segment (MC, ISA, etc); * Monitor member satisfaction and service quality through digital channels, self-service platforms, and the accredited network; develop and analyze engagement metrics; * Manage risks inherent to branch operations. Oversee the branch’s financial transactions. Act as the Cooperative’s legal representative, addressing legal and business matters across all required domains; * Provide financial consulting to members and other stakeholders, both at the branch premises and during external visits, delivering technical information about products and services to enhance service quality and close deals; * Manage ombudsman-related requests with the team to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution of member concerns; * Act as a facilitator and multiplier in education initiatives and technical competency development related to products and business; * Organize and oversee Relationship Programs at the branch level.
