Opportunity to enhance operational procedures **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in maintaining electrical installations, devices, and equipment by referring to blueprints, schematics, instructions, and other documents; perform minor repairs to meet building maintenance requirements. * Assist in preventive and corrective building maintenance, as well as mechanical and electrical maintenance of technical laboratory equipment. * Assist in building maintenance related to laboratory construction and internal renovation projects. * Perform maintenance on general piping systems, repairing or replacing water tanks, showers, floor drains, valves, and faucets as needed. * Complete scheduled service orders by filling out the designated form. * Request purchase of necessary parts and components from the immediate supervisor. * Carry out tasks in accordance with operational procedures and stay updated on departmental procedures and processes to support continuous improvement. * Perform related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Prerequisites:** * Completed technical course in Electromechanics or Electrical Engineering. * Basic computer skills (Intermediate Excel proficiency is considered an advantage). * Must reside in Godofredo Viana/MA.
