





**Description** Coordinate fleet management information and indicators; Control loans provided to employees and third parties; Integrate ERP managerial information with the accounting system; Prepare Loan Agreements; Prepare and consolidate data for Management Profit and Loss Statements; Prepare and control the Cash Flow Statement; Ensure cash accuracy; Ensure issuance of invoices related to company billing; Prepare and control the company's overall budget; Ensure filing of managerial documents; Ensure control over profit distribution to partners; Keep the company informed about performance indicators and other managerial information. **Responsibilities and duties** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and review internal control processes, ensuring asset reconciliation, asset controls, and physical inventories. Implement and monitor policies for doubtful credit provisions, asset impairment, and cost/expense segregation. (**Desirable**) Supervise the preparation, review, and approval of accounting entries, including controls over manual entries. Supervise the formalization of commercial contracts, financial agreements, and internal policies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (CPC/IFRS). (**Desirable**) Conduct periodic stock aging analyses, segregation of obsolete/damaged items, and inventory controls. (**Desirable**) Ensure proper recognition of revenues and expenses in the correct accounting period. Guarantee the reliability of key balance sheet accounts (Inventory, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable), accurately reflecting the company's managerial figures; Prepare and review reports monitoring judicial proceedings and provisions for contingencies. (**Desirable**) Promote the review and update of the chart of accounts, ensuring proper segregation between current and non-current assets/liabilities. Develop and implement manuals of accounting policies and practices, providing training for the team. Formalize meeting minutes and relevant decisions, promoting transparency and traceability of processes. Prepare and control the company's overall budget using planning tools (IBM, LeverPro, etc); Keep the company informed and updated on key performance indicators (EVA, ROIC, CVA, NCG, FCL, etc). (**Desirable**) **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. Postgraduate specialization in Controller or Audit is desirable. Reside close to the company; Experience in the role Knowledge and skills in people management; Advanced knowledge of Brazilian and international accounting standards (CPC, IFRS, NBC). (**Desirable**) Experience with TOTVS WinThor ERP systems and accounting reconciliation tools. Knowledge in inventory management, inventories, provisions, working capital, and internal controls. Skills in contract analysis, financial agreements, and internal policies. Advanced Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Training in internal audit, compliance, and risk management will be considered as differentials.
