Cardeal Distribuidora \| Caruaru \- PE \| In-person Job Description Responsible for updating and consolidating logistical indicators, monitoring team productivity, and supporting the productivity incentive plan payments. Performs data analysis for action plans (PDCA), budget control, expense entries, and participates in the implementation of logistics projects. Also responsible for creating and updating documents and materials related to warehouse performance and awards.**Working Hours:** MON TO FRI 08:00 to 17:00 SAT 08:00 to 12:00 Responsibilities and duties * Update and consolidation of team productivity for the productivity incentive plan payment. * Updating logistical indicators. * Productivity, Returns, Warehouse, Logistics Cutting, Perfect Order, Budget, Load Returns, Warehouse expense entries. * Participate in the implementation of logistics projects. Analysis and consolidation of data for action plan development (PDCA). Preparation of logistics budget documentation. Analyze budget indicators. Consolidation and update of year-end warehouse top performer award materials. * Consolidation and updating of documentation regarding warehouse productivity plan rules and incentives. Requirements and qualifications * Completed or ongoing higher education in Logistics or Administration. * Intermediate-level Excel knowledge. * Experience with WMS systems. * Proficiency in PowerPoint. * Must reside in Caruaru. * Availability to work afternoon and night shifts (mandatory). Desirable requirements * Degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in logistics or supply chain areas. * Knowledge in inventory management and transportation operations. * Familiarity with logistics management systems and ERP. * Data analysis and reporting skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities. * Knowledge of safety regulations and best logistics practices.
