





Job Description: Conducts HR analysis, recruits and selects new employees, identifies training needs, evaluates staff performance, and implements internal marketing initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties ACTIVITIES: * Responsible for internal and external recruitment and selection (R&S) processes; * Digital onboarding; * Onboarding of new employees; technical support to managers and employees; * Performance evaluation; planning and monitoring employee training and development schedules; * Implementation of internal marketing initiatives; * Administration, control, and monitoring of the Apprentice Program; * Support for the MEU RH platform; * Badge management and requests, and other activities related to people management. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Psychology; * Generalist experience across HR subsystems; * Knowledge of the RM TOTVS system is a plus; * Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 2512060202191848848
