




**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Knowledge in sales management and store operations. * Familiarity with inventory management tools and cash register systems. **HARD SKILLS** * Experience in financial results and KPI analysis. * Knowledge in inventory and logistics management. * Project management * Digital competencies. * Knowledge in environmental sustainability. **SOFT SKILLS** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to motivate and engage the team. * Ethics, honesty, empathy, and respect. * Collaboration and teamwork. * Commitment and sustainability. **EDUCATION LEVEL** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Marketing, or related fields **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the retail sector. * Store Opening and Closing: Ensure all procedures are followed during opening and closing. * Cash Monitoring: Perform daily cash reconciliation, take corrective actions when necessary, and be responsible for ensuring cash closing is executed correctly. * Team Supervision: Monitor cleanliness, organization, and appearance of all store areas, stockroom, and office, supervising and guiding the team. * Report Filling: Prepare and complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly checklist and performance reports for the store. * Material Control: Manage the use of promotional materials, avoiding waste. * Inventory Management: Ensure inventory levels are adequate, control product inflow and outflow, and perform inter-store transfers when necessary. * Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies and incentive campaigns for the team. * Performance Tracking: Analyze financial results, sales indicators, and develop action plans for improvement. * Training and Development: Identify training needs, organize, and implement training sessions for the sales team. * Consultant Interaction: Monitor consultants' performance and develop strategies to maximize customer service and sales. * People Management: Conduct team meetings, evaluate performance, suggest promotions, and manage hiring and dismissal of staff. * Compliance with Standards: Ensure adherence to internal policies, store procedures, and franchisor guidelines. * Invoice entry and verification. * Update Indeva daily and submit weekly report. * Handle irregularities.
