Check out the job requirements and come be **ONE**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Update billing validation and measurement spreadsheets; * Process billing according to cycles; * Update/Send invoices via Customer Portal (when required); General update of customer registration and tax certificates; * Monitor monthly Service Level Reports (GOVERNMENT); * Submit new customers to Accounting for parameterization; * Monitor and finalize Opportunities and Miscellaneous Requests – SD registered by Sales in Sales Force \- SF; * Open tickets for Blocking/Unblocking/Cancellation **Requirements and Qualifications** **If you have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or G Suite; * Experience in financial routines (accounts receivable and billing); * Strong communication skills; * Basic knowledge of financial mathematics and bank reconciliation; * ERP system proficiency; * Customer service and negotiation skills. **\#ComeBeONE** ***Bonus qualifications:*** * Familiarity with SAP Business One ERP system; * Knowledge of service invoice retention rules; * Basic accounting knowledge. **Additional Information** ***What we offer:*** * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Gympass (Wellhub); * Partnerships with educational and leisure institutions.
