Account Executive I Position - Northeast The Account Executive I will be responsible for prospecting new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Area of operation: Alagoas, Pernambuco, Paraíba, and Rio Grande do Norte. Responsibilities: * Prospect new customers within the segment and develop relationships with current accounts. * Prepare and submit to the supervisor for approval the work plan and sales planning, including product volume targets. * Conduct sales and monitor results in terms of volume, gross margin, and market share achieved, both across the executive’s entire portfolio and on a per-customer basis. * Coordinate, together with customers and internal departments, requests for advertising funds, their allocation, and the resulting outcomes for both the company and customers. * Suggest point-of-sale merchandising materials and support the merchandising team. * Collaborate in evaluating and preparing reports on market conditions and competitors’ activities. * Lead the prospecting of new customers as well as the selection of current ones. * Monitor the company’s performance regarding quality and operational excellence. * Support the introduction of new products at points of sale. * Manage, monitor, and execute high-complexity projects and activities related to the executive’s area of responsibility. * Assist in defining and establishing strategic plans, policies, and programs related to commercial accounts under the executive’s responsibility, including retention and/or acquisition programs and strategies.
