Throughout the program, you will learn to apply development best practices and deepen your understanding of Salesforce tools and features. Here are the key areas you will cover: * Design patterns and best practices: How to structure and organize solution development using methodologies recommended by Salesforce, ensuring quality and scalability; * Code-based development: Learn to program in Apex and create dynamic interfaces with Aura, developing customized functionalities; * Introduction to Salesforce’s core products: Basic understanding of features and applications of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, enabling you to build solutions aligned with the needs of various business areas; **Requirements** Must be enrolled in an undergraduate **Technology-related degree program**, whether at the technologist or bachelor’s level. To participate in the DXP Training Camp, candidates must have **at least one year remaining until graduation**, i.e., expected graduation by **2027.2**. **Candidates must reside in Recife or its metropolitan area**, as one stage of the selection process includes in-person activities requiring physical presence in the location. Beyond academic and geographic requirements, we seek candidates demonstrating strong programming logic skills and effective communication—essential for corporate environment interactions. Candidates should possess teamwork abilities, collaborating proactively and productively with others, as this will be crucial during the selection process stages and related opportunity activities.
